Therefore under no other circumstances will this information be disclosed to any other persons or businesses unless required by law. | | | Terms and Conditions Contact Lenses -The Contact Lens Store is a re-supply business only. To purchase contact lenses from us you must have worn and hold a current prescription for the contact lenses that you are about to order. | | | Your Prescription It is a requirement that you hold a current contact lens prescription that has been provided to you by your Eye Care Professional.Your prescription can be up to a maximum 24 months old, if you are an extended contact lens wearer (Pure Vision / Night and Day or Biofinity) it is advisable that you see your Eye Care Professional every 12 months. | | | Your Order Following your order with us we will endeavour to despatch your contact lenses within 24 hours on receipt of your order. If we are unable to meet this time frame, we will notify you of when we will be able to fulfil your order so you can decide what you wish to do. | | | Post We use Australia Post Express Next Business Day Service, these parcels are weather proof and tractable, they will be delivered and left at your stated delivery address. Please see the postage tab for a link for the Next Business Day Service Network. If you do not recieve your order and Australia Post cannot provide delivery details we will replace your order. | | | Manufacturer´s Warranty If a contact lens is split or the visual performance or comfort is not as it usually is, please do not throw the lens away. Contact us at The Contact Lens Store and we will arrange a replacement lens for you, this may require you to return the faulty lens at our cost. | | | Return´s Policy If you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect contact lenses, you can return them to us as long as the boxes have not been opened and they are in perfect condition when we receive them.
