You cannot sleep in these monthly soft lenses, they are designed for daily wear only.  To ensure Acuvue Vita lasts for 30 days, every evening, they should be rubbed gently in the clean palm of your hand with contact lens solution to remove surface deposits, rinsed in solution and stored in a clean contact lens case, with fresh solution every time.
