All orders are fulfilled at Coopervision Australia in Adelaide, where the largest stocks of contact lenses are warehoused and are shipped directly to you. 

Cooper Vision contact lens orders received prior to 12noon EST. Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped on the same business day via express courier. Typically deliveries take 2 – 3 business days, however some metro areas receive next day delivery.  Your Cooper Vision contacts will be tracked during transit and delivery confirmed with you.

Please note that CooperVision XR contacts are custom made, this means they offer an extended range of higher prescription powers. Custom made lenses take 15 working days to manufacture. A receipt for these particular CooperVision contact lenses will be provided on purchase, rather than at dispatch enabling health fund rebates to be claimed straight away.
