If you have Private Health Insurance with Optical Cover you can claim a rebate for prescription contact lenses that you purchase online, if the online provider is registered.

Contactlens.com.au is registered with all Australian Private Health Insurance companies, our Optometrist is Greg Smith, provider number 028451RB for all funds with the exception of Bupa where the provider number is O066838, please note this number starts with an alphabetical, capitalised O followed by a numerical zero 0 and HCF where the provider number is A272162.

Prior to purchasing your contact lenses online you might like to check your rebate amount you will get, you can do this by calling your Private Health Insurance provider and giving them the item numbers of the contact lenses you wish to purchase along with the price. You will find this information on the individual contact lens product pages.

Once you have purchased your contact lenses online and they have been dispatched to you, we will email a PDF receipt so you can submit it to your Private Health Insurance company, the receipt features all the information they need to complete your claim.
