Freshlook Colorblends can change the colour of your eyes, creating a subtle or dramatic effect. These contact lenses are two weekly disposables, this means that they can be worn for 14 individual days in a period of 4 to 6 weeks, as long as they are stored correctly, in a lens case with fresh contact lens multi-purpose solution.

Fresh Look Colorblends contact lenses are not designed to be slept in, when cleaning and storing your lenses never substitute the multi-purpose contact lens solution with water. Do not share your colour lenses and it is important to throw your lenses away once they have been worn on 14 occasions. Following these simple steps with ensure that you don’t put your eyes at risk of infection.

Your current contact lens prescription should be no older than 24 months.

Optometrist Name:*

Contact Lenses are classified as a threaputic aid and are governed by the TGA. To purchase contact lenses in Australia you need a prescription, your Optometrists name is part of this required verification. Your Optometrist will not be contacted by us.

Patient Name:*

A separate reciept is provided for each patient, regardless of the name that the actual account is held in, ie mother orders for son. Health Funds require a separate reciept for each patient, it’s important that the patient name matches the health fund member name for easy claiming.

Prescription Date:*

Your contact lens prescription should not be more than two years old. When you insert your prescription date it allows us to remind you to see your Optometrist prior to ordering so your prescription remains valid.
